Damages & Defects

Should your online order arrived damaged or be defective, Home By MB Pty Ltd must be notified via email within 24 hours of taking delivery of the order. Email a full description with photos to Info@HomeByMB.com.au 

If goods are returned damaged or faulty due to manufacturers defects, Home By MB Pty Ltd wherever possible will endeavour to repair or replace the goods to the customers satisfaction.

Should Home By MB Pty Ltd not be able to repair or replace the goods, a full refund of the purchase price will be offered to the customer. 

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card number.  

Please note refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed from the date of approval.

Please note online orders cannot be refunded in-store. 

If the incorrect item has been delivered to you, please contact us within 24 hours. We will then arrange for the collection of the item and delivery of the correct item if available. If the item is no longer available, you can either wait for stock to arrive or we will refund you.

For fashion products, Home By MB Pty Ltd accepts return of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged or has manufactures defects, within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and where the manufacturers tags are still attached.  Customers are to return the item in its original condition and packaging at their own postage/courier expense
